Hirecinch ATS

A multi-tenant applicant-tracking product: recruiters post jobs, collect applicants, and evaluate them together in one pipeline. Three separate apps shared no UI code, so the same button existed three times and diverged three ways. I led the rewrite into one component library and token set across all three, which cut engineering cost by about 40% and raised delivery speed by about 25% on the same team. I also moved four frontend repos onto Vite in five weeks, and built the Stripe referral rewards that credit an account automatically once a company it referred starts paying.
